Shipping policy

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, which will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your delivery address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

DELIVERY

  • All orders sent are by Royal Mail standard first or second class post with Royal Mail
  • Second class - £3.50 up to £35
  • First class - £4.50 up to £35
  • Second class shipping is free on all orders within the UK over £35, upgrade to first class for £2
  • All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days and will generally arrive within 10 business days from shipping date, although postal delays caused by Covid-19 may impact this.  
  • Unfortunately, shipping outside of the UK is currently not available at the moment, we are working on this and hope it will be available soon. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

  • Orders delivered to destinations outside of the mainland UK (i.e Jersey) may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. These formalities fall to the recipient of the order.
